An online school for gifted learners building at the pace of their minds.
The Outliers School is an online learning environment being developed for students whose intellectual velocity, depth of interest, and creative ambition exceed what conventional schooling can support.
Many of the students we work with are not struggling because they lack ability, discipline, or motivation.
They struggle because most educational systems are designed for averages: fixed pacing, standardized outcomes, and limited room for original work.
For gifted learners, this often results in boredom, under-challenge, disengagement, or the quiet erosion of curiosity.
This will not be a mass program. It is designed for students who thrive with autonomy, rigor, and responsibility.
The Outliers School draws on research and practice in gifted education, mastery learning, and mentorship-based models.
Key principles include:
The Outliers consultancy remains the primary way we work with families today.
The school is being shaped by patterns observed across hundreds of hours of 1:1 mentorship and cohort instruction. In that sense, the consultancy is the laboratory; the school is the long-term institution.
During this build phase, the founder continues to work directly with a small number of students and families while the school develops gradually and responsibly.
The Outliers School is currently in development.
We are intentionally not opening enrollment yet. Curriculum, systems, and governance are being built slowly to ensure the school reflects the same standards of rigor and care as our consulting work.
Updates will be shared as milestones are reached.
